Robert Brugger has a particularly clear understanding of the focusing process. He can meet someone wherever they are and help them further into the process from there. Robert not only teaches established steps to learn focusing but also helps each person to customize them and find the ones they need now. A certified coordinator of the Focusing Institute, he has been using this process daily for the last ten years for personal growth, in focusing partnerships, in teaching individuals and groups, and in his creative process as an artist.
