Personal Statement about Training Program: As an Experiential psychotherapist and Certified Focusing Trainer, I help my clients have the direct experience of how old patterns get in the way of them making their goals happen in life. I help my clients resolve old patterns by opening up solutions from within themselves. I combine this approach with methods from other orientations. I primarily see adults, both individual and in couples work. I also see adolescents and children. Primary Interests: Trauma; Depression; Life-transitions, such as relationship changes, and gender identity issues, clarifying what you want out of life, and career choices; and Substance abuse. I am not limited to these areas, so I am willing to listen to prospective clients with other presenting concerns.
