Personal Statement about Training Program:
I have worked for many years on personal growth, life goals, emotional and psychological distress, relationships, finances, and addictions. As a dance/movement therapist, I enjoy integrating movement, art, and drama in our work together if you are interested in these approaches. I have a long standing interest in Buddhist meditation and traditional sacred teachings and I believe they can be powerful tools for healing and change.
