Personal Statement about Training Program:
Human beings cannot be fully healthy unless we take a holistic approach and consider the body, mind and spirit. My doctoral work concentrated on the area where spirituality and psychology overlap. To me, Focusing is spiritual psychology in action. It is a way that we can go inside and access our inner wisdom. This leads to becoming self-therapeutic.
