I am a Catholic, and work for the 'Maintenance and development of Marriage and families' for many years. I found Focusing helps me deepen my religous and spiritual life very much, and offers as a very good tool for personal growth.

I have introduced Focusing to the Chinese Catholic communities in New York, USA; Toronto, Canada' Auckland, New Zealand & Melbourne, Australia, in Chinese language (Cantonese).
