Personal Statement about Training Program:
As a psychotherapist, Focusing has been a wonderful tool in assisting clients to develop a nonjudgmental relationship with themselves which, in turn, facilitates healng psychic wounds and experiencing inner peace. Because regularly practicing Focusing with my Focusing partner has greatly enhanced the quality of my own life, I have a particular enthusiasm for the process and take great pleasure in sharing this gift with others. I have had rewarding experinces in teaching Focusing to groups of therapists, clergy, graduate students and the general public, as well as, to clients on an indvidual basis.
