Personal Statement about Training Program:
For me there is passion and excitement in working with those who are open to growing, learning, exploring, healing. Ultimately change is only possible when we are willing to open ourselves to evolve out of our present limitations.

Whenever I’ve experienced a healing modality that has worked for me, I’ve wanted to study it so that I might share it with others. I was introduced to Focusing in 1993 through a simple 5 minute exercise. The clarity and understanding I received with that one exercise led me in ’94 to begin to study Focusing in order to enrich my own life as well as the lives of my clients and students. Focusing has enhanced every aspect of my life and work my life in ways that I could never have imagined.

I’ve had consistently good results working with dealing with a range of life situations including physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects.
