Personal Statement about Training Program:
I first discovered Focusing in 1998 and now wonder how I ever managed without it! Focusing has become an invaluable companion in every aspect of my life: relationships, parenting, work and play.
I trained as a Focusing practitioner with Barbara McGavin in the UK and am a Focusing Institute registered trainer.
I especially enjoy teaching Focusing one-to-one as this allows my students the flexibility to design their own training programme - sensing forwards from week to week to find their own ideal balance of theory and practice.
I can also be persuaded to teach focusing in a series of weekly half-day workshops for small groups.
I also teach yoga in classes and individual sessions and have a special interest in inner-directed movement.
