Personal Statement about Training Program:
Hi, I am John. When I discovered Focusing, I felt that I had struck Gold, and had discovered a way for me to become more authentic, and embody the core conditions of Person centred counselling. I really enjoy focusing, and using focusing to help others on their own life Journey.

I have counselled people who have brought a wide range of issues into the counselling relationship including:depression, suicidal thaughts, bereavment,abuse as Children,( sexual emotional and physical abuse)adiction to pornography,anger managment issues. I have used focusing oriented therapy to help my clients in their search for answers, healing and wholeness.

I have recently run workshops at the Norwich Centre,(Focusing and Spiritualtity,)Off the Record (focusing and experiential psychotherapy)
I am also running a 2 day workshop of Focusing and Experiential Psychotherapy in October.
