Personal Statement about Training Program:
Inner Relationship Focusing as I learned it from Ann Weiser Cornell is the most nurturing and gentle verbal approach to healing and change I ever studied. It has been the missing link to the bodywork modalities I practice. In today's culture so many people think that something is fundamentally wrong with them. Focusing is like a potion that helps to wake up from that bad dream.
A Sample of my Work:
I love to support people finding their own ways of healing; in person at my studio in Berkeley, Ca or over the phone. The breadth and depth of my training lets me draw on a variety of somatic modalities from internationally renowned teachers to help guide my students to an ever deepening place of well-being. Part of my training includes a certification in Sexological bodywork at the Institute for Advanced Study of Human Sexuality in San Francisco. This makes me a well prepared companion to those who want to transcend sexual wounds and seek authentic erotic experience and expression. I bring knowledge, experience, and an intuitively guided, deeply empathic presence to those who have a desire for change and a willingness to wonder, to sense, and to be curious about the gifts deep within.
