Personal Statement about Training Program:
I am a qualified Person Centred Counsellor, a Focusing Oriented Psychotherapist and Focusing Trainer. I have an independent private practise at a tranquil location in Wivenhoe, near Colchester; where I see individual clients on a short and long term basis.

As a Person Centred/Focusing Oriented Psychotherapist I do not offer advice but provide a therapeutic space of unconditional acceptance and understanding, allowing you to safely express and explore your inner experience and process to find your way forward.

I offer the first initial individual session free so you can make sure it is the right approach for you.

I am a member of The British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, member of Focusing Institute and a member of The British Focusing Teachers Association.

I am currently undertaking research on dreams for an MA in Focusing and Experiential Psychotherapy
