Personal Statement about Training Program:
I support people in transforming what is painful and difficult into meaning, ease and new life.

Focusing quite literally changed my life, giving me a way to companion even the most painful aspects of my inner life. I am both much more sensitive and much stronger than I ever was before. I love to share this skill of self accompaniment through Inner Relationship Focusing in both French and English.

A Sample of my Work:
In Nonviolent Communication (NVC), we talk about 'the shift' that comes from connection with universal needs. With Focusing, we can learn a reliable way to connect with the inner experiencing that leads to shifting. I came to Focusing through NVC—the Focusing book was on the recommended reading list—and crossing the two is my passion.
