Personal Statement about Training Program:
I have a diploma in Applied Counselling: specialization in Addictions studies. I have over 7 years experience in coaching and teaching in both focusing and community based therapy. I have had a private therapy practise for over 5 years, and specialize in working with trauma and complex trauma clients. I absolutely love the genre of Focusing - I believe it to be a process that truly helps.
