Personal Statement about Training Program:
I find focusing helping me to build a more peaceful world. The words of Thomas Merton 'Instead of hating the people you think are warmakers, hate the appetites and disorder in your own soul, which are the causes of war' serve as a motivating factor for me to do focusing or help others learn focusing.
