j'aime enseigner le focusing à tous les niveaux, du plus simple au plus complexe, que ce soit pour en faire un usage dans la vie quotidienne (initiation) ou pour apprendre à s'en servir dans les situations plus délicates (relation d'aide et psychothérapie). Je m'intéresse à tous les aspects théoriques et j'aime approfondir les multiples facettes de cette approche pour en laisser émerger toute la créativité.
