I offer sessions and trainings in:
NON-DUAL FOCUSING dedicated to helping you find the constant source of contentment/happiness and your immortal reality both of which are integral qualities of your True Self (which is NOT the limited organism); also, to see what prevents finding it. I regard the recognition and realization of this True Self also called 'liberation' or 'enlightenment' in Eastern philosophies as the ultimate end of the human pursuit.
FOCUSING TOUCH uses gentle, assuring touch to communicate a tangible sense of a more primordial compassion, and enhances the robustness and 'depth of field' of the felt sense with which we work

I became a Focusing Trainer in 1986. Ten years earlier, a student of clinical psychology in Berlin, I was graced with a series of 'enlightenment experiences,' insights into absolute reality. For 30 years I fleshed out this awakening with intensive Self-exploration and comprehensive study and practice of various non-dual approaches.
Since 2007 I teach NON-DUAL FOCUSING, which incorporates the ultimate vision of the Self into the established Focusing framework. Its goal: Finding the constant source of contentment, which is concomitant with fully understanding the unlimited non-dual Self.
To facilitate knowing the True Self, aligning body, mind and soul with its truth and drinking the fullness of its splendor I travel worldwide wherever invited.
