Personal Statement about Training Program:
I have worked in the Business world for over 30 years. I am also a trained singer and have been singing since I was 15 years old. I have been a Transcendental Meditator for over 30 years and have had a lifetime fascination with life. I have also experienced deep challenges in my life journey which has required me to go deeply into my understanding of life and my journey at this time.
Focusing is a wonderful and beautiful process which allows me to 'be with' some of the more challenging aspects of my life and enables me to find deeper ways to be with others.
