Personal Statement about Training Program:
Focusing changed my life! It showed me how to have a fruitful relationship with my feelings and bodily intuition. It's one of the best things I ever learnt to do.

I have been practicing it for about 20 years and teaching for nearly as long. I also work as a counsellor and therapist in private practice and in organisations.

I run workshops from introductory to advanced levels, as well as seeing people for individual sessions: whether to get a taste of Focusing, or to address a particular situation or decision, or to learn Focusing if you don't want to come on a workshop.

And I offer focusing-oriented counselling and therapy, for individuals and couples on a short or long term basis. I have an MA in Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy & am UKCP registered. I have been in practice for over 10 years.
