Personal Statement about Training Program:
my acquaintance with the Focusing world began in privat meetings with wonderful Rona Shafrir .
Until then, I continued to try to deal reality with tools I learned in psychology and spiritual sessiong. Once I experienced the ability to communicate with the body, I looked for a way to continued and study Focusing in any way, including undergraduate with Dana Gnihar and participating in workshops of teachers from abroad.
Today, I enjoy teaching and accompany people in my clinic but mostly I love the way focusing become integrated in my personal life.
