Personal Statement about Training Program:
As a certified Reiki Therapist and a SoundWork Practitioner, I frequently incorporate these modalities into a Focusing session. As well, I offer a monthly Focusing Drop-In where new people can develop their 'felt sense' in a relaxed and non-judgmental environment. I teach and practice on the premise that there is a strong link between sound, soul and energy work.
