Personal Statement about Training Program:
I am convinced, that sustainable and responsible thinking and acting begins with the inner wealth of individuals. I teach, develop and apply 'Thinking with the Implicit' as a way to create from within, to leverage our experience, to bring it into fruitful communication, to overcome ambiguities, and hence to transform teamwork into a win-win interplay.
I teach TAE online in a 3Person format, I coach people individually and I present TAE workshops.
