Personal Statement about Training Program:
Experiencing simple and effective ways of working through disturbing thoughts and feelings is the essence of what I teach and offer as a Focusing Trainer.

I practise these ways almost everyday, so I will be sharing years of experience that empowers you to do the same. Soon you will come to experience disturbing thoughts and feelings as a doorway to experiencing peace, joy, love, fulfilment, connection and many more.

A Sample of my Work:
A common disturbing feeling is fear. Usually we try to get away from it, avoid it, distract from it, squash it away, repress, deny or ignore it. Does that help? In my experience it doesn't go away, in fact it may come back stronger. What I teach is how to say hello to the fear, welcome it, embrace it, and be with it, in such a way that you receive the gift inside the fear, and then it slowly transforms into something like peace for example.

The next time fear arises, you know the 'way' of working through it, so you welcome it, and not deny it (and all the other attempted ways of 'dealing' with it).

We all know we get disturbed in our daily lives. Knowing how to deal with disturbing thoughts and feelings opens a life that is lived freely and fully, which is deeply fulfilling and enjoyable.

From this place you may share what you have learnt, and help others to experience the same.
