Focusing Trainer Specialty Areas: Creative process
Personal Statement about Training Program: I have been practicing Focusing since 1983. Since 1994, Ann Weiser Cornell and I have been developing an application of Focusing called Treasure Maps to the Soul which concentrates on using Focusing in areas of life such as depression, addiction, action blocks and unfulfilled desires. We have also co-authored The Focusing Student's and Companion's Manual which is used by many Focusing teachers. I have a wide background in hunanistic psychology, teaching, fine art and graphic design. I love exploring how to bring Focusing into creativity. I call this work From Spark to Beacon.
