I have taught Focusing for several years at the Institute for Spiritual Leadership in Chicago, which offers professional training for spiritual directors. Focusing is an integral part of my ministry of spiritual direction. My directees find Focusing an invaluable aid for the spiritual journey. In my personal life, I have a Focusing partner and we regularly Focus together. I have always found Focusing to be a safe, gentle, wise
