Personal Statement about Training Program: I am a Focusing Institute Registered Trainer and a member of BFTA - the British Focusing Teachers Association. I trained as a Focusing Practitioner with Ann Weiser Cornell. I am also a Senior Accredited Counsellor and Supervisor with the BACP – British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. My Person-centred approach and Focusing-Oriented-Therapy both trust and honour our inner wisdom. They both include empathic listening and acceptance of self and of others. My Focusing workshops are at an easy and relaxed pace. There is time and space for discussion, practice and enjoying the group experience.
