Personal Statement about Training Program: I love working with the Community Focusing Lab to find ways that Focusing, Listening and NVC can become part of the world's different cultures. I combine the teaching of Focusing and Non-Violent Communication in a way that enhances both. I like using the creative games developed to teach NVC and adapting them to help people understand felt sense formation. I believe that NVC also provides a set of easy to understand guidelines that can help focusers say what they need to say in a way that others can hear.
