Personal Statement about Training Program:
Being an organizational psychologist (Columbia University, N.Y) I looked for improved tools and techniques to empower my clients as well as myself to deal effectively with different challenges and situations. I trained in body psychotherapy at the Biosynthesis institute. I discovered very deep and useful methods to create balance and growth in people lives. I could practice it at the clinic but I felt that it didn't 'fit well' in the business arena and I kept on looking. Eventually, I was introduced to the Focusing technique and I was astonished by the enchanting and powerful progression of each session. I could use it everywhere (workshops, clients offices and at the clinic). The focusing process connects people with their essence and their inner voices. It allows for the inner mind and natural forces of healing to induce change. I find it as the ultimate method to transform people lives as it is easily incorporated into everyday live.
