Personal Statement about Training Program: Focusing essentially brings the soul to the mind through the body sense of something. Its path reveals our already present truth to us in the moment. Each experience is fresh, just as each breath is new and each heartbeat courses our life-force. There are many names for this process. In the present moment, when focused through the body,we restore our link to Spirit in fresh awareness and as Pure Being. This process underlies analysis, synthesis and behavior change.
