$25.00/year. One year subscription to our newsletter, which comes out three times a year and Institute mailings. These allow you to keep up to date on developments and stay connected to the International Focusing community. Your support as a Friend helps make Focusing available to people around the world in many different life circumstances.

In addition to our newsletter, you will have FREE access to our international partnership pool if you are experienced in Focusing Partnership. Click here for details.
