We found some very important words which are separate but connected. They are equal.

We gave no structure to our work and we are reluctant to write a structured report because we prefer to allow all our words the freedom to float and to soar.

The words approximately in the order they emerged are:

• Courage
• Constant checking inside
• Bodily awareness
• Being in contact with my body (to be aware)
• Relaxing and breathing
• Allowing yourself
• Caring for yourself
• Sharing
• Exchange with others
• Open to the "Now"
• Open Space
• Presence
• An open attitude (open senses)
• Curiosity
• Perhaps have the material to bring something to life
• (to do something new
• Allow to "be" in an untypically kind way
• (Give meaning to images (felt sense)
• (Create and inspire)
• (A chance to breathe out)
• Honesty
• Trust
• Protect our souls
• Taking care of all parts
• Choosing to feel alive
