Follow these instructions to enable
cookies in your browserThe browser is the software that allows you to surf the internet. The most common browsers are Internet Explorer and Netscape. To determine the type and version of your browser, click on “Help” and then click “About Explorer” or “About Netscape.” In the instructions below, terminology such as Internet Explorer 5.x means that the section applies to Internet Explorer versions 5.0, 5.1, 5.2 etc.
Cookies are small files that are used to communicate between the browser and our website. Follow the instructions below to turn on your browser's cookies.
Internet Explorer 4.x
Go to the View menu and select Internet Options...
When the Internet Options screen opens, select the Advanced tab.
Scroll down to the yellow exclamation icon next to Cookies and click the Always accept cookies option.
Click the OK button to close the Internet Options screen and return to the current webpage.
Internet Explorer 5.x
Go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options...
When the Internet Options screen opens, select the Security tab.
Select Internet zone (the Earth symbol) and click the Custom Level... button.
Scroll down to the Cookies section and select the Enable option in both categories.
Click the OK button to close the Security Settings screen.
Then click the OK button to close the Internet Options screen and return to the current webpage.
Internet Explorer 6.x
Go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options...
When the Internet Options screen opens, select the Privacy tab. Click the Advanced... button.
Click the Override automatic cookie handling box and select the Accept option in the First-party cookies and Third-party cookies categories.
Click the OK button to close the Advanced Privacy Settings screen.
Then click the OK button to close the Internet Options screen and return to current webpage.
Netscape Navigator 4.x
Go to the Edit menu and select Preferences...
When the Preferences screen opens, click on the Advanced category and select the Accept All Cookies option in the box labeled Cookies.
Click the OK button to close the Preferences screen and return to the current webpage.
Netscape Navigator 6.x
Go to the Edit menu and select Preferences...
When the Preferences screen opens, click on the Privacy and Security category, then click on the Cookies category and select the Enable all cookies option.
Click the OK button to close the Preferences screen and return to the current webpage.
