Focusing Short Forms

We offer several versions of Focusing Instructions in short form. It can be helpful to print out one or more sets that work well for you. You may want to have them with you during a Focusing session, both as listener and as Focuser. Focusing is not the same as any one version of steps. It can be taught in no steps, some steps, many steps. Every teacher of Focusing does it differently. We value this diversity. It helps people understand that focusing is a level of human process that always exceeds any formulation. Any formulation is only useful as it helps point to that process.
