Have you wanted to learn more about TAE but are afraid it will be over your
Thinking at the Edge involves building new theories about topics where we have a
depth of experience. Almost everyone has a depth of experience with stress!
"Stress coping tips" that are pre-determined and ready-made are not specific
With Applied TAE, you create your own solutions by "languaging" what causes you
stress. As fresh words evolve, you COME TO your experience in a way that was not
possible when it was held silently in your bodily knowing.
Evelyn and Beatrice will guide you through Steps 1 to 11 of TAE, so you will
gain practical solutions for reducing your stress and learn TAE as well!
Focusing Partnership sessions will be part of each 2-hour phone class. You will
understand the process by applying it to your own life, and will come out with
"talisman sentences" and action steps you can use to move beyond old patterns.
Quotes from previous courses:
"I was delighted to learn something completely new about a subject I thought
I knew all about."
Claire Arnesen, psychotherapist, Sonoma, CA
"This has been an excellent introduction to TAE, but to be able to use it
in an applied setting has been especially helpful."
Nigel Gibbons, psychotherapist, UK
"I wouldn’t have believed the depth of that transformation. As each week
passed, I was sure I had reached the bottom of the well of understanding
only to find an even more spacious and life-giving position."
Georgia Kosciusko, grant writer, Maine
Each class is limited to 20 participants.
