Want to find a deeper relationship with your body wisdom? Interested in experiencing the growing edge of heartfelt conversation?
As a way of direct experiencing, Wholebody Focusing practices can support you when engaged in vulnerable conversation that allows real pain or anxiety to surface. During each interactive gathering, you will deepen your experiencing of Grounding and your Wholebody Listening to Self. The facilitators Laura Dickinson, Elizabeth Morana, and Lynn Rosen will guide you from this way of Listening to Self towards listening to another in new, consciously embodied, and heartfelt ways. The safety of Wholebody Focusing nurtures the development, reintegration, healing, and wholeness of your listening.
This series is open to all who have some listening or Focusing experience. The class size is limited and will be recorded for registrants only. Because of the nature of the course, please attend all classes. You will be guided to connect with another class member by phone or online at least twice in March. Those 30-60 minute connections will be supported by written guidelines.

Class 1: Grounded Presence / Self Safety / Wholebody Awareness / Listening to Self - More of me is here
Class 2: Inner directed movement from Grounded Presence / Listening with the Wholebody - Can you welcome what comes?
Class 3: Inner edges of listening to Self from Wholebody Grounded Presence - Experiencing not-knowing
Class 4: Inner listening from Grounded Presence while listening to another - How is it in me when I’m listening to you?
Class 5: Heartfelt Connection in listening comes body to body - Listening in Wholebody Heartfelt Connection comes from more than the physical, more than concepts and thoughts – it is from the Whole Self. This includes sensations, sounds, moving energy, images, movement, and more.
The video link is an easy to use format called Zoom. You will need to have a computer/mobile device. Calling in by phone is also possible but not preferred. The class will be held in meeting format and recorded so that all participants will see the presenter and each other. (There is an option to turn off your video if you prefer and technical instructions will be given at the class start). All registered participants will be sent a link to the video recording of each class within approximately two weeks. So if you have to miss a class, you will still be able to view the class.
About Your Facilitators
Laura Dickinson is a Certified Trainer for Wholebody Focusing as well as a Certifying Coordinator for The International Focusing Institute. She is deeply trained in both Wholebody Focusing and Inner Relationship Focusing. Laura offers attuned guidance in Wholebody Focusing that helps open “stuck” situations naturally and allows your inner body wisdom to lead forward. Laura is delighted in how the body holds, creates, and reveals its astonishing, profound, and available inner wisdom.
