Think Different: Focusing for
Thinking, Communicating, and Expressing
Saturday, April 29, 2017 11:00 am - 1:00 pm Eastern Time
An Online Class Facilitated by Nada Lou
Part of The Focusing Highlights Series
(no special computer skill or equipment required)
You know more than you think! The Think Different class is designed to help you tap into your bodily knowing about something important to you but which you do not yet have the words to express. This class will introduce you to Thinking at the Edge (TAE) practice, and guide you experientially, step-by-step, to move your preverbal idea into language which reflects exactly what you know, but have been unable to satisfyingly say. The skills from this workshop can be used in many different areas of life: personal development, business meetings, creative writing, family interaction, public speaking, negotiation skills, mediation, and a myriad of other ways.
This class is open to anyone. Familiarity with finding your felt sense is beneficial. Participants are invited to be prepared to write for themselves during the workshop and to have access to a thesaurus.
Times worldwide: Click this link for your time.
Registration closes Wednesday, April 26, 2017.
The video link will be an easy to use format called Zoom. You will need to have a computer/mobile device. Calling in by phone is also possible but not preferred. All registered participants will be sent a link to the video recording approximately two weeks following the course. So if you are unable to attend in person, you will still be able to hear the class.
